Jake’s journey began at Weber State University, where he studied Automotive Technology and Sales, combining his love for mechanics with a keen interest in problem-solving. During his time at university, Jake gained extensive experience working in various construction trades, developing a deep pool of knowledge and a strong foundation in the industry.

After being hired by Ford Motor Company, Jake moved to Detroit to work as an engineer. However, his passion for working with his hands and being out in the field led him to return to Utah, where he took on the role of Project Manager for a prestigious home builder in Northern Utah. Jake successfully managed numerous home remodels, additions, and new construction builds.

Fueled by his drive to build and create, Jake obtained his General Contractor license and founded Conolly & Company Construction in 2019. His expertise in carpentry and millwork is complemented by his proficiency in a wide range of construction trades.

Throughout his career, Jake has adhered to a simple yet powerful mantra: "single-tasking is a superpower." This philosophy has become the cornerstone of Jake's approach to construction. By dedicating his full attention to one task at a time, Jake ensures that every detail is meticulously addressed, resulting in work that meets the highest standards of quality. His ability to single-task allows him to stay fully focused on making each client’s home perfect, without distraction or compromise. This level of dedication to detail and precision has earned Jake a reputation for excellence.

Morgan Conolly Vice President | Project Manager & Designer

Before diving into the construction industry, Morgan owned a successful film company that took her around the world, allowing her to hone her creative skills and gain a unique global perspective.

Morgan attended Brigham Young University, where she studied Media Arts Studies, further fueling her passion for design and storytelling. In 2019, she earned her Realtor's license, aligning with the launch of Conolly & Company Construction. Her experience in real estate, film, and construction gives her a distinctive edge in home design, enabling her to create spaces that are both functional and visually captivating.

An expert in home design, Morgan is dedicated to continuously expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients. Her commitment to excellence ensures that every project reflects the highest standards of quality and design innovation, crafting homes that are not only beautiful but also deeply personal to each client.

For Morgan, the most important aspect of her work is ensuring that every client feels valued, heard, and safe throughout the entire construction process. She believes that a successful project begins with clear communication and a deep understanding of her clients' needs and desires. Morgan is dedicated to creating an environment where clients feel comfortable expressing their ideas, knowing that their vision will be respected and brought to life with the highest level of care and attention. Clint, our beloved German Shorthaired Pointer, has been a vital member of the Conolly & Company Construction. team since the day he was born. Raised on job sites, Clint is no stranger to the sounds of power tools, saws, and all the hustle and bustle of construction—these noises actually lull him to sleep!

As our Chief Morale Officer, Clint provides unwavering support and joy to everyone on site. But don't let his easygoing nature fool you; Clint is also a critical part of our quality assurance team. With a keen eye (and nose) for detail, he ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
